Graduate or Apprentice Engineer
Job Requirements:
In order to be eligible for sponsorship, applicants must own a British passport or should be EU nationals and a resident in the UK for a minimum of 12 months.
You will need to contact the Maritime Coastguard Agency (MCA) and apply for a 'Letter of Initial Assessment' for us to know what courses you will need to take and how much sea time. Once you have received the letter, please attach a copy with your application form.

Job Description:
A Graduate Entry scheme is available for those candidates who have already qualified in Engineering via apprenticeships, a HND or a degree in Mechanical Engineering. This course offers a more direct route to the role of Engineering Officer following the basic outline of a standard Engineering cadetship, but only taking 15 months rather than 3 years.
