A new opportunity has arisen for a Loyalty and Future Cruise Manager

You will be responsible for producing future cruise business and looking after the Loyalty Club onboard your vessel. Generating future cruise sales interest, administering the bookings and promoting all onboard elements of the Loyalty Club, your role is varied and challenging
Main duties include:

• The provision of information and assistance to passengers regarding future cruise opportunities, maximising the sales revenue and enhancing the customer's experience
• To deliver future cruise presentations to customers in order to drive more sales interest
• Provide accurate documentation of events and issues that relate to the onboard sales and loyalty club operation
• Meeting and greeing of relevant VIP and premier cabin passengers on arrival in Southampton
• Responsible for preparing guest list and sending out invitations to events, hosting Portunus Club cocktail party

Applicants will be able to demonstarte proven experience in a customer-facing role within a commercial/fast-moving environment. A sales background is also advantageous.
