Welcome to the Carnival UK "Recommend a friend" scheme. We are looking for highly skilled officers to join our growing fleet of cruise liners to fulfil a number of hotel, marine and technical and medical roles on board.
As a valued employee to the company, we recognise that you are best placed to advise us and recommend friends and colleagues, who might be interested in exploring the attractive career opportunities at sea.
Please note that this scheme is only applicable to officer positions.
The "Recommend a Friend" scheme is designed to utilise your knowledge and personal contacts network, in return for a £250 bonus if the referral is successful at interview stage and joins us on board as an Officer.
*£250 is only awarded if the candidate is successful at interview stage and on completion of one month's sea service. Equivalent amount is US $380/€280 for those paid in Dollars and Euros.
Terms and Conditions
- This scheme only applies to shore staff and seagoing employees of FMSB and FMSI.
- Bonus payments will be paid via the employees payroll and may be subject to tax and NI deductions as applicable.
- If duplicate applications are received for the same recommendation, the first submission will be honoured only.
- Carnival UK is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information.
- Carnival UK is not responsible if the information is not received
- Bonuses will only be paid for referrals made via this website only and will not be paid in respect of applications already being processed by Carnival UK.
- The payment of bonuses is in the sole discretion of Carnival UK.
- The £250* bonus payment will be paid once the successful candidate has been appointed to their first vessel and completed one month’s sea service.
