Recruitment Statement
We are committed to applying our equal opportunities policy at all stages of recruitment and selection. What information do we collect and how do we use it?
We will not collect any information about you, except where it is specifically and knowingly provided as part of an application for a specific job vacancy. Other information that we collect may include information relating to criminal background checks, drug testing results, reference checks and physical examinations. This allows us to process your employment application. In furtherance of this, we may need to pass the information that you provide to us, to third parties involved in your prospective employment, or as required by law. Such third parties may include the ultimate employer where this is not Carnival UK, government and enforcement agencies and public authorities. By submitting your details to us you consent to us passing on the information for such purposes. You are also confirming that the information provided is true and accurate.
If you provide us with the personal information of any third parties, for example a CV of a third party you must have the authority of those third parties to provide their personal information to us for the purposes set out in this Recruitment and Data Protection Policy.
